Service Description
Our package for 50 includes the following: - 3 hr rental for ceremony plus small reception - Chairs for 50 (Includes set up and tear down) - Utensils for 50 - Service for 50 (You bring your own cake and drinks, we serve it.) If you have more than 50 guests, we can add additional guests for you for $5 each. This rate will include chairs, utensils, and service for them. You will have access to use our chapel.

Cancellation Policy
For reception and PAID ceremony bookings, 50% of your total balance is due at the time of booking. This is a non-refundable deposit to hold your date, and the other 50% of your balance is due 60 days prior to your event. For FREE ceremonies only, if you notify The Brim at LEAST thirty (30) days in advance that you need to cancel or change your reserved time, you are eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund. Any changes less than 30 days before your date will receive NO REFUND, regardless of the reason. Notification must be in an email and with acknowledged receipt! Rescheduled events may only be rescheduled to a date occurring in the same calendar year.​ There is a $200 reschedule fee.
